Our Vision and culture

ECCH has a cultural identity that is at the heart of all that we do. In 2018 we launched a cultural development programme, called Evolve, with the aim of giving staff a sense of connection across the organisation and enabling them to share in the collective achievement of our goals.


We adopted a set of signature behaviours that have become part of our working life and could not have been evidenced more positively than during the pandemic as teams have pulled together to provide the best possible care and support patients to recover.
